You received the MOR report. What happens next?
MOR Findings Response: Start With the Report Letter
AA Management and Occupancy Review does not end when the on-site review is complete.
Once an owner or agent receives the MOR report, the next phase becomes just as important: reviewing findings, documenting corrective action, and responding clearly. Owners and agents should then begin with the report letter itself. It identifies the findings, response expectations, and applicable deadlines.
You must provide a complete response to MOR findings within 30 days of the MOR report letter. The response should address each finding and include requested explanations, corrective actions, and supporting documentation.
MOR Findings Response: Organize and Submit Documentation
A strong response is easier to review when the documentation follows the report.
For each finding, owners and agents should identify:
- what was cited in the MOR report
- what corrective action has been taken
- what supporting documentation demonstrates that action
- whether additional follow-up remains necessary.
Navigate’s customers should label attachments with the corresponding finding number and organized in the same order as the findings in the report. Once the response is complete, you will upload the response and supporting documentation through the portal.
If an owner or agent has questions about a finding or the required corrective action, they should contact their Relationship Manager for guidance.
Before Submitting an MOR Findings Response
Before submitting, owners and agents should confirm that:
- every finding has been addressed
- corrective actions are clearly explained
- supporting documents correspond to the correct finding
- attachments are labeled and organized in report order
- the complete response and supporting documentation are uploaded through the portal
- questions about findings or corrective actions are directed to the Relationship Manager
